Tim is an evaluation and policy expert with more than 14 years of experience supporting federally funded programs in behavioral health, disability services, and workforce development. He has worked with federal, state, and local government organizations—including the U.S. Department of Agriculture and multiple agencies within HHS—on the evaluation of legislative and programmatic efforts related to traumatic brain injury, substance use, behavioral health, disability, and independent living.
