Dave Wickstrom
Owner & Principal
Dave Wickstrom founded DWC, LLC in 2020 after leaving the Administration of Community Living (ACL), an operating division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. At ACL, Dave was part of a team that evaluated the effectiveness of more than 350 Centers for Independent Living awards that totaled over 90.8 million dollars in funding to ensure program and fiscal compliance. While at ACL, Dave also developed Program Guidance/ FAQs to support grantees on multiple topics including Advocacy/Lobbying, Resource Development/Fundraising, Conflict of Interest/Nepotism, and the Client Assistance Program.
